NATALIA HRYBKO

Hey guys, I’m Natalia!


Before I became a professional fitness trainer in Aotearoa, I was a lawyer in the Ukraine, which meant I was constantly in the office working long hours. In time I noticed my physical and mental health declining - back pain, constant migraines, and depression - so I made the decision to pursue training and nutrition seriously. 


After committing to a basic workout routine, I noticed major improvements to my health and wellbeing - physical pains had diminished, my mind became clearer - and I started slimming down and building lean muscle. I firmly believe that in order to live a healthy, purposeful life, a person needs to take care of their body.


My passion for health and fitness stems from how it can help people overcome mental barriers, improve self-confidence and seeing people achieve their goals. There’s no greater feeling. The objective of my program is not to achieve instant results but to build character and create sustainable lifelong change.
